The Accounting and Finance industries are both at a critical inflection point in their histories. People that work in these industries need to learn about what Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital assets are. Technology is indeed moving faster than both the Accounting and Finance industries. We created our engaging self-study courses as well as the Certified Blockchain Accounting Professional ™ (CBAP) to help bridge this education gap in the Accounting and Finance professions. CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credits refer to the requirements for working professionals in certain industries which are needed in order to remain licensed. These requirements ensure that professionals like teachers, lawyers, therapists, and engineers (to name a few) have the necessary skills required to perform their jobs properly. Accountants have annual CPE requirements which vary state by state. Our CPE courses have been approved for CPE by CPEThink (https://www.cpethink.com/), a NASBA QAS Self-Study Sponsor since 2004. Upon successful completion of each MMBA CPE course, CPEThink will provide 2.5 CPE credits. Because the CPE courses must meet certain criteria from NASBA, there are slight differences between our CPE courses and our non-CPE courses. We suggest that if you are an Accountant or CPA that requires CPE, you purchase our CPE courses. On the other hand, if you are a University undergraduate or graduate student who does not need CPE, we suggest you purchase our non-CPE courses.

The Certified Blockchain Accounting Professional (CBAP) was created by MMBA in partnership with and backed by global companies in the Industry (ABC, Accounting Blockchain Coalition), Education (Wiley), and Certification (FTI, Foundational Technologies Institute). It is the accounting industry’s first certification for blockchain and digital assets. We created our engaging self-study courses as well as the Certified Blockchain Accounting Professional ™ (CBAP) to help bridge the education gap in the Accounting and Finance industries. If you are a Higher Education student majoring in any business-related field or a working professional in the fields of Accounting or Finance, we recommend you obtain the CBAP Certification in order to show potential employers your depth of understanding of this particular subject area. Our four Level 1 Courses in Blockchain Finance and Accounting are introductory courses. We designed these courses so that anyone with little or no experience or familiarity with Blockchain, Cryptocurrency or digital assets can easily comprehend the material. The courses were also designed for non-accounting working professionals and students. With the exception of Accounting course #3 (Taxation of Digital Assets) any working professional should find the courses and certifications easy to complete

We do not offer refunds for purchases at this point. However, if for some reason you're not able to complete the course at the moment, be it an emergency or any other issue, we'll be extending the 60-day expiration date till you're ready to resume your learning

For each CPE course that you successfully complete, you are eligible to the final exam for that course on the CPEThink website. Upon passing the final exam for that specific course, the learner will receive 2.5 CPE credits. All 4 courses, if taken and passed, will provide the learner wit a total of 10 CPE credits

CPEThink provides industry-leading online interactive self-study Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and Professional Development courses and exams for CPAs, licensed professionals, general practitioners, and individuals. Since 2004, CPEThink has been a NASBA QAS Self-Study Sponsor and the courses on their site are of the highest quality per the current NASBA/AICPA Registry and QAS Self-Study interactive CPE guidelines. MMBA has partnered with CPEThink to provide 2.5 CPE for each of our 4 courses (a total of 10 CPE for all 4 courses). Once you have completed taking the CPE version of any of our courses, you will be asked if you want to take the Final Exam on the CPEThink website. You will need to create a CPEThink profile in order to register and take the Final Exam. Once you complete and pass the Final Exam, you will receive an email confirmation from CPEThink with information about your CPE. Learners have 60 (sixty) days from the date of purchase to complete their course. Note: each course is approximately 2.5-3.5 contact hours (learning which takes place during the actual course) and 5-6 non-contact hours (learning that takes place outside of the course on your own personal time).
